I’m Analía (she/her) and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, CA. under the supervision of Gabriel Garcia LMFT. I work with adults, teens, couples and families on a range of challenges to help them live bigger, fuller, and more meaningful lives.

    I provide bespoke OCD treatment for teens and adults using an evidence-based hybrid of ACT and exposure therapy. I work with clients to create a custom treatment plan depending on their unique needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. Longer sessions can be arranged as needed on an individual basis and for an additional fee. I recommend weekly therapy at minimum, but every case is unique and we can talk about what will make the most sense for you.

  • Please contact me to discuss rates. It is important to me to maintain sliding scale spots in my caseload, particularly for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks. If you’d like to work with me, but the fee we discuss is too high, I will do my best to accommodate. If my sliding scale spots are full I will help make referrals to other wonderful clinicians and provide resources.

  • No, I am not in-network with any insurance but am able to provide superbills upon request which you can submit to insurance for potential reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance providers and discuss your coverage. 

  • Yes, I do offer Telehealth services conducted via HIPPA compliant technology. This is only available for clients residing in the state of California at the time of services.

  • I require 24-hour notice for cancelling sessions. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a charge of the full session fee. 

  • My office is located at 321 N. Larchmont Suite 506 Los Angeles, CA 90004. I am Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #133492 practicing under the supervision of Gabriel Garcia LMFT#99274.
